1. Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?

 No. These items are pre-order, limited-edition pieces and will ship 8-10 weeks from your purchase. We provide a digital download card alternative you can share with your loved one so they know something special is on the way.

2. When will my order ship?

8-10 weeks from when you order. You will be emailed a confirmation email when your order is shipped.

3. Why is the shop only open for a limited time?

Because these items are made to order, we can only keep the pre-order window open briefly. This ensures accurate production quantities and reliable delivery timelines.

4. What does “limited edition” mean?

We are producing limited quantities of each item. Once they sell out, they may not return.

5. What is the 24-hour early access for Patreon?

Patrons get into the shop 24 hours early and receive a 10% discount during that early access period. This reward is unlocked by using the password HAPPYALFGAPPENSDAY.

6. I’m a Patron. How do I use my 10% discount?

The 10% discount is only available during the early access window, and is automatically applied during checkout.

7. Do the free Patron stickers come automatically?

No. Patrons must add the sticker pack to the cart, and add the provided code at checkout to receive the free sticker pack with purchase. The code is: HAPPYALFGAPPENSDAY.

8. Does the free shipping apply to my order?

 Free shipping is automatically applied to any order totaling $100 or more (before tax) in the US/CA/ AU/ UK.

9. Can I combine the Patreon discount with other discounts or free shipping?

Free shipping applies to orders $100 or more after the 10% discount, only on Dec 15th.

10. Can I edit my order after purchasing?

 Pre-orders often cannot be modified after the shop closes.

11. Can I cancel my pre-order?

13. When will I be charged?

 Pre-orders charge immediately.

14. Why did I not receive my digital download card?

This will be located on your order confirmation. If you still can’t find it, let us know!

15. Will these items restock after the pre-order closes?

If you didn’t get a chance to purchase what you wanted, we can try to bring popular items back in the future.
